To every veteran and family who has ever served: today, we salute your courage, your discipline, and your heart. 🙏
From battlefields abroad to quiet struggles at home, your strength reminds us that service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off — it evolves. At OMNI Medical, we’re proud to stand with you by making safe, stigma-free medical cannabis care accessible to those who served. 🌿 David Koyle, CEO OMNI Medical Services.
🎖️ Service. Then Healing. Medical Cannabis.
The journey from service to civilian life can carry invisible weight — chronic pain, insomnia, trauma, PTSD, and anxiety that few can understand but many silently carry.

That’s why OMNI’s mission is simple:
to help veterans heal with dignity, through compassionate, legal, and evidence-based medical cannabis guidance. 💙
Because you deserve more than “thank you.” You deserve clarity, comfort, and control over your care.
📚 Research: Cannabis and PTSD in Veterans
Scientific evidence continues to evolve, but the findings are increasingly consistent — when medically supervised, cannabis may reduce symptoms associated with PTSD and improve overall well-being.
Here are several peer-reviewed examples:
A systematic review published by the National Institutes of Health found that cannabis use was associated with reduction in PTSD symptoms and improvement in quality of life. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8222769
A 2023 study in the Journal of Veterans Studies reported that Canadian veterans using medicinal cannabis experienced better mental health outcomes, including reduced PTSD severity and fewer intrusive symptoms.

In a federally monitored U.S. study summarized by the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), participants using cannabis blends with measured THC content saw greater decreases in PTSD severity and were more likely to no longer meet diagnostic criteria.
These results do not suggest cannabis is a cure-all — but they underscore its potential as part of a holistic, medically guided approach to trauma recovery.
🩺 What Veterans & Caregivers Should Know
Legal pathways matter. Always use licensed state medical programs where testing, labeling, and dosage oversight protect patients from contamination or mislabeling.
Clinical guidance helps. Discuss cannabis use openly with a qualified provider to evaluate dosage, strain, and cannabinoid ratios (CBD vs THC) for your symptoms.
Integrate, don’t isolate. Cannabis may complement therapy, mindfulness, sleep hygiene, and community support — not replace them.
Documentation is protection. A valid medical cannabis card can safeguard you under state law while ensuring product safety through regulated dispensaries.
